The Japanese Sumo Association has introduced plans to carry a Grand Sumo efficiency in London subsequent autumn.
The occasion will happen over 5 days beginning October fifteenth on the Royal Albert Hall, a historic venue that opened in 1871.
This marks the primary abroad efficiency organized by the affiliation in 20 years. During the 1991 London efficiency, Hakkaku, who was the Yokozuna Hokutoumi on the time, emerged because the champion.
Hakkaku, now serving because the affiliation’s chairman, expressed his hopes, stating, “We want to showcase the charm of Grand Sumo, a traditional Japanese culture.”
