Petrol price in Pakistan has been raised to Rs 330 per litre. Petrol and diesel prices have increased by 40 per cent in the US, and Canada. In our country, however, the price of petrol has been decreased by 5 per cent.”Lauding the efforts of Indore’s residents in the direction of cleanliness, the Union minister mentioned, “I always have a special feeling when I come to Indore. It was just 2-3 days after I had assumed charge of the Urban Development Ministry that I visited Indore for an international conference. I spoke to the Japanese minister, asking him what he did after visiting India. He replied in Japanese that he was trying to find something. As I asked what he was trying to find, he said dirt. I asked him, ‘Did you find it?’ He said ‘no’,” Puri mentioned.

“In 2014, petrol pumps (in Indore) were 193, it has grown to 305 this year. LPG distributors in the city have gone up by 35 per cent. CNG stations have increased by 571 per cent and LPG connections have also gone up by 28 per cent,” he mentioned.
