According to Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, round 6:00 pm on the 4th, residents close by reported that a big trailer had overturned in Chihama, Kakegawa City on account of a gust.
The trailer driver was taken to hospital. We have no idea the extent of the accidents.
