Dwango, which operates the video site ‘Nico Nico Douga’, sued the operating company of ‘FC2 Video’ for infringing the patent to stream comments on the video being played. He acknowledged that it violated his rights, and ordered the suspension of distribution of the comment function and compensation of more than 11 million yen.
