According to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), the temblor occurred at 7:03 p.m. native time at a depth of fifty km, measuring decrease 5 on Japan’s seismic depth scale which peaks at 7.
The temblor’s epicenter was positioned off japanese Chiba prefecture at a latitude of 35.6 levels north and a longitude of 140.7 levels east.
