A toddler was rushed to the hospital after a security belt slipped and tightened round their neck whereas using the “Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Tale” attraction at Tokyo Disneyland on October twenty first.
According to the Chiba Prefectural Fire Department, round 2:30 p.m., a customer known as emergency providers reporting {that a} boy, estimated to be about two years outdated, was in misery after the security belt wrapped round his neck in the course of the experience.
