TOKYO, Oct 23 (News On Japan) –
A practice window on the Tobu Tojo Line shattered whereas the practice was in movement on the night of October twenty second, leaving 5 passengers injured.
According to police, the incident occurred shortly after 5 p.m. as an upbound practice touring between Kasumigaseki Station and Kawagoe-shi Station handed a downbound practice touring in the other way. A rock is believed to have struck the aspect window, inflicting it to interrupt.
A passenger in a neighboring automotive mentioned, “There was a loud cracking sound, completely different from usual, and everyone started murmuring. A rock flew in and shattered the window, hitting some people. Some were bleeding and everyone was confused, asking, ‘What just happened?'”
All 5 passengers sustained minor accidents, authorities mentioned.
