LOS ANGELES, Oct. 6 (Xinhua) — SpaceX Dragon spacecraft with 4 astronauts on board arrived on the International Space Station (ISS) Thursday and docked to the advanced.
The Crew-5 mission carries NASA astronauts Nicole Mann and Josh Cassada, together with Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency astronaut Koichi Wakata, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Anna Kikina to the ISS.
The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon spacecraft lifted off from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida at midday Wednesday Eastern Time. The spacecraft arrived on the house station at 5:01 p.m. Thursday Eastern Time.
During their time on the orbiting laboratory, the crew will conduct greater than 200 science experiments and know-how demonstrations in areas reminiscent of human well being and lunar gasoline techniques, in accordance with SpaceX.
