A 28-year-old girl has been arrested following Friday’s discovery of a new child child’s physique at a golf course in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture.
According to police experiences, round 2:30 p.m. on July nineteenth, a feminine cleansing workers member found a suspicious plastic bag within the ladies’s restroom at a golf course in Kita Ward, Kobe City.
