A police sergeant in his 30s on the Kyoto Prefectural Police Headquarters was referred to prosecutors for driving a masked police automotive at roughly 165 km/h, greater than twice the pace restrict, on a motorway in Kyoto Prefecture. He reportedly mentioned, “I wished to check the efficiency of a police automotive.”
