HYOGO (TR) – Hyogo Prefectural Police have arrested a 23-year-old lady for allegedly slashing an 83-year-old man’s neck with a knife at his residence in Amagasaki City. The man later died, experiences Nippon News Network (Oct. 12).
At round 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aika Akashi allegedly used a knife to slash the neck of Yoshichika Morimatsu, 83, on the primary flooring of his residence in Wakaoji.
Morimatsu was later confirmed useless in an ambulance, police mentioned. Upon Akashi’s arrest on suspicion of tried homicide, she admitted to the allegations.
As the incident unfolded, Morimatsu’s spouse, who was coated in blood, rushed outdoors and requested a neighbor to name police.
When police arrived on the scene, they discovered Morimatsu mendacity face down on the primary flooring, with Akashi slashing his neck with the kitchen knife.
According to police, the sufferer’s spouse described Akashi as “just an acquaintance.” Sheis believed to have injured her left hand when she took the knife from Akashi. Police seized two kitchen knives on the scene.
Police are at the moment investigating the circumstances of the incident and the motive for the crime.
