Fair Trade Commission Raids Harley-Davidson Japan

The Fair Trade Commission has launched an on-site investigation into the Japanese subsidiary of the American bike big Harley-Davidson, suspecting it of imposing extreme gross sales quotas on its sellers in violation of antitrust legal guidelines.

According to sources, Harley-Davidson Japan allegedly set unreasonably excessive gross sales targets for its approved sellers beginning round 2020 to 2021.
