Accenture Song, the consulting big’s advertising and marketing companies arm, confirmed it intends to amass advertising and marketing company Whalar, which connects manufacturers with creators, from its holding firm guardian Whalar Group.
Whalar’s co-CEOs Emma Harman and Jo Cronk will proceed main the company, and the opposite firms inside Whalar Group will stay unbiased.
Accenture Song declined to disclose the phrases, however Whalar Group cofounder Neil Waller described the acquisition because the business’s “largest creator economy transaction.” For context, Publicis Groupe purchased influencer company Influential in 2024 for a reported $500 million.
Accenture Song hopes that combining Whalar’s influencer experience with its personal information, commerce, and AI instruments will assist its purchasers evolve from one-off influencer advertising and marketing campaigns to broader, ongoing work with creators.
