Due to the affect of fronts and low strain techniques, atmospheric circumstances are extraordinarily unstable over a large space from western Japan to northern Japan, and it’s believed that heavy rain has fallen in Fukui Prefecture. Please be extraordinarily cautious of flooding of low-lying land.
