A 28-year-old Chinese suspect was arrested for buying a product utilizing a cost code that registered one other individual’s bank card info with the smartphone cost service “au PAY”. The suspect was invited to “purchase issues and earn a living” on SNS, so the Metropolitan Police Department can also be investigating the trainer.
