Noida (Uttar Pradesh) [India], September 20 (ANI): The Gautam Buddha Nagar Police have filed an FIR following the loss of life of 4 folks in a wall collapse incident in Sector 21 on Tuesday and have arrested a sub-contractor who equipped labourers to the contractor.
Sub-contractor Gul Mohammad was arrested from Sector 20, police mentioned.
They mentioned FIR has been lodged on the idea of the grievance by the household.
The Chief government officer of the Noida Authority has confirmed that the contractor will present compensation of Rs 5 lakh to every of the deceased’s kin.
Four folks have been killed after the boundary wall of a residential complicated in Sector 21 of Noida collapsed on Tuesday morning.
According to Noida District Magistrate, Suhas LY, the incident came about after the boundary wall of the Jal Vayu Vihar Society collapsed in the course of the cleansing work of a drain adjoining to it. The Noida Authority performed the drain cleansing.
Police and hearth personnel have been deployed on the spot after the incident.
Nine staff have been rescued and personnel of NDRF and Fire Brigade are conducting searches.
