Tokyo police have discovered that two teenage women detained throughout coordinated patrols within the “Toyoko” space of Kabukicho had been carrying solid scholar identification playing cards containing false ages and names.
A complete of 39 girls and boys aged 14 to 19 had been taken into protecting custody throughout patrols within the Toyoko space on August 29 and September 5 for causes together with drug abuse and being out late at evening.
It was subsequently discovered {that a} 14-year-old woman residing in Tokyo and a 17-year-old woman from Kanagawa Prefecture had been carrying scholar IDs that had been falsified with totally different ages, names and different private info.
Investigators consider the IDs could have been supposed to permit the women to enter so-called males’s idea cafes.
One of the women reportedly instructed police that the coed ID had been “given to me.”
The Metropolitan Police Department is urging warning, warning that there are circumstances wherein “malicious adults draw young people into crime.”
