JAL and Mitsubishi Establish Aero Breath for Aircraft Maintenance – Japan Industry News

Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (JAL) and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) have launched a brand new three way partnership, Aero Breath Co., Ltd., geared toward increasing their presence within the plane aftermarket enterprise. The firm, formally established on June 1, 2026, will concentrate on plane upkeep, combining the operational experience of JAL Engineering Co., Ltd. (JALEC) with MHI’s technical capabilities.

Aero Breath’s creation is available in response to the rising demand for plane upkeep as air passenger visitors rebounds.
