25-person fishing boat stranded off the coast of Kozushima, Izu Islands; no accidents; Japan Coast Guard involves rescue | NHK

On the night time of the third, a fishing boat from Kagoshima Prefecture with 25 folks on board ran aground on the north aspect of Kozushima within the Izu Islands, and the Japan Coast Guard Headquarters has despatched patrol boats and helicopters to the scene and can start rescue operations from the morning of the 4th. The crew members remained on board and there have been no accidents.
