Snow is falling in northern Kanto and Nagano prefectures because of the affect of a low stress system shifting south of Honshu, and there’s a danger of heavy snow primarily alongside the mountains of Kanto till midday on the twenty first.
The Japan Meteorological Agency is urging folks to watch out in regards to the affect of snow on visitors and the freezing of roads.
