56 French stars defend actor Gerard Depardieu regardless of sexual misconduct allegations

More than 50 French performers, writers and producers printed an essay Tuesday defending movie star and nationwide icon Gerard Depardieu amid rising scrutiny of his habits towards girls throughout his five-decade profession.
