MANILA — The Philippine Senate on Tuesday ratified the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) commerce settlement, that means the ASEAN member has formally accredited the pact.

Twenty senators voted for the settlement, paving the best way for ratifying the world’s largest free commerce space representing 30 % of the worldwide gross home product (GDP). One senator abstained, and one voted in opposition to it. (Philippines-RCEP-Approval)

TOKYO — Female big panda Xiang Xiang on Tuesday morning left Tokyo’s Ueno Zoo to fly again to China, her house nation.

COLOMBO — Sri Lanka must pay over 2.6 billion U.S. {dollars} to international events in 2023 in mortgage repayments and curiosity, Cabinet spokesman Bandula Gunawardena informed reporters on Tuesday.

KABUL — A bomb blast struck a car in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul on Tuesday, leaving no casualties, Kabul’s police spokesman Khalid Zadran stated.
