A girl using a bicycle was killed after being dragged about 250 meters by a truck following a collision at an intersection in Osaka’s Fukushima Ward, with police arresting the driving force on the scene.
The incident occurred round 9:40 a.m. on October 11, when emergency providers obtained a name reporting that “a woman is being dragged by a truck” within the Noda space. According to police, the 25-year-old sufferer was pulled alongside the highway along with her bicycle by a 10-ton truck and was later pronounced lifeless on the hospital. The driver, a 57-year-old Myanmar nationwide, was arrested on suspicion of negligent driving inflicting harm.
