Unemployed Man Arrested for Jump Kick Attack in Osaka

A 28-year-old unemployed man has been arrested for attacking a person from behind with a leap kick and stealing his bag on a avenue in Takatsuki, Osaka. A safety digital camera captured the whole incident.

Footage from a close-by safety digital camera reveals the sufferer standing on the road when the suspect all of a sudden delivers a leap kick from behind. The assailant initially flees the scene however then returns, takes the sufferer’s bag, and runs away.
