A 28-year-old unemployed man has been arrested for attacking a person from behind with a leap kick and stealing his bag on a avenue in Takatsuki, Osaka. A safety digital camera captured the whole incident.
Footage from a close-by safety digital camera reveals the sufferer standing on the road when the suspect all of a sudden delivers a leap kick from behind. The assailant initially flees the scene however then returns, takes the sufferer’s bag, and runs away.
The suspect, recognized as Kazuma Nagaya, 28, was arrested on suspicion of theft leading to damage. The incident occurred within the early hours of March 2 in Tenjincho, Takatsuki City, the place he allegedly attacked a person in his 50s with a leap kick, inflicting him to fall and stealing his bag.
