In the city of Tobe in Ehime Prefecture, a girl was caught on digital camera shouting loudly, “What’s your problem? Come out! Come out now!” whereas throwing an object into her neighbor’s yard. A person dwelling subsequent door has filed a grievance, saying the harassment has been ongoing for 2 years.
“She revs her car engine and shouts my wife’s name, telling her to come out—it’s senseless and constant harassment,” the neighbor mentioned.
According to the person, the difficulty started with out warning two years in the past when the lady instantly parked her automotive proper up in opposition to his property line. Since then, scratches have appeared on the home, and the harassment has escalated. He warned the lady that he would level his safety digital camera at her property if the conduct continued.
In one occasion, the lady picked one thing up from her yard and intentionally threw it into his. In May, he filed a proper grievance with the police.
