The largest operator of hospice-style residential services, Ishinkan, already below scrutiny for allegedly inflating and falsifying medical service claims for dwelling nursing visits, is now suspected of additionally fraudulently overbilling for dwelling care companies, in accordance with testimony from a number of present and former staff.
A video recording of an inner on-line assembly, obtained by Kyodo News, additional means that these fraudulent actions had been carried out with company-wide involvement.
