As a results of the Board of Audit’s investigation into the standing of ODA (official growth help) to growing nations, it was discovered that funds for setting up a college constructing in Fiji had been diverted to setting up a corridor, and that contact with the development firm was misplaced. It was found that three initiatives weren’t being carried out correctly.
