The Carlyle Group, an American funding fund, has introduced its intention to accumulate Japan KFC Holdings, the operator of Kentucky Fried Chicken in Japan.

The acquisition will likely be accomplished by September by a young supply (TOB) and different means, with a complete buy value of roughly 130 billion yen. Carlyle said, ‘We will assist the acceleration of latest retailer openings and the diversification of the menu.’
