The Oji Zoo in Kobe’s Nada Ward held a memorial service on May tenth for Tantan, the feminine large panda who handed away on the age of 28 on the finish of March, making her the oldest panda in Japan on the time of her dying.
Approximately 160 zoo workers and members of the general public, chosen by means of a lottery, gathered to pay their respects. Attendees provided flowers on the memorial stand, bearing heartfelt messages like “Thank you for the smiles” and “We will never forget you.”
