On the afternoon of the twenty third, the hearth that occurred within the tank of the refinery on the Mizushima Complex in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture was nearly extinguished simply after 2:30 pm, about two hours after the outbreak. Firefighters are persevering with to extinguish the hearth, with no accidents thus far.
