North Korean leader Kim Jong-un inspected the “fire-powered assault training” held on the military’s western front on the 9th, according to the North Korean Workers’ Party organ newspaper “Rodong Sinmun” on the 10th.
The paper contains a photo showing at least six missiles being launched from a mobile launch pad.
The South Korean military said on the 9th that North Korea launched a short-range ballistic missile toward the Yellow Sea on the west side of the Korean Peninsula, and that several shots may have been launched at the same time. It seems to point to the launch.
