Pyongyang mentioned it’s working to speed up the modernization of its navy
The North Korean army has unveiled a newly developed “tactical attack submarine” able to launching nuclear missiles, with chief Kim Jong-un declaring the weapon would assist Pyongyang turn into an “advanced maritime power.”
