Nishinomiya man not prosecuted over alleged confinement of college woman at Nagoya Station

AICHI (TR) – Prosecutors right here have introduced the non-prosecution of a person from Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture over the alleged confinement of a highschool woman in Nagoya City final month, reviews Nippon News Network (July 6).

On the night time of June 15, officers from the Nakamura Police Station apprehended Takashi Akao, 38, of no identified occupation, after he was discovered with the woman, a 16-year-old highschool pupil, inside his car in entrance of JR Nagoya Station.

According to earlier reviews, the woman, a resident of Ichinomiya City, had been sure with a rope. She was not injured within the incident.

On Friday, prosecutors with the Nagoya District Public Prosecutor’s Office introduced the non-prosecution of Akao. No cause for the non-prosecution was given.

The ordeal started at 9:30 p.m. on June 15 when Akao allegedly sure the woman with the rope contained in the car at an unspecified location and demanded intercourse from her. They then drove to Nagoya Station, the place she was held captive for about one and a half hours.

At some level, a good friend of the sufferer reported the incident to authorities. After his apprehension in entrance of the station, Akao admitted to allegations of confinement.
