Nepalese college scholar accused of throwing trash onto railway not prosecuted – TokyoReporter

TOKYO (TR) – Prosecutors have introduced the non-prosecution of a 25-year-old male college scholar from Nepal who allegedly threw trash onto a railway in Nakano Ward final 12 months, reviews the Sankei Shimbun (June 19).
