Neo Security raises $100m to safe AI brokers

Israeli-US agentic software program management firm Neo Security right this moment emerged from stealth with $100 million in funding from Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures.

The firm’s founding staff are former SentinelOne, Wiz, and Palo Alto Networks veterans. The founders are CEO Nicholas Warner, CPO Shlomi Salem and CTO Eran Shirazi. Headquartered in Boston, the corporate’s growth heart is in Tel Aviv.

Neo will use the brand new funds to increase advertising and marketing capabilities and engineering groups as enterprises prioritize safety initiatives to handle swift agentic software program adoption.
