The solely hearth station in Goto City, a distant island in Nagasaki Prefecture, performed a harassment survey of all its staff and located that almost 40% of them stated they’d been victims of energy harassment. Experts have identified that “measures in opposition to energy harassment are usually inadequate in small communities, and we have to change our values.”
