LOS ANGELES, March 10 (Xinhua) — NASA’s SpaceX Crew-5 mission is scheduled to undock from the International Space Station (ISS) and return to Earth on Saturday, in accordance with NASA.
The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft will undock from the ISS at 2:05 a.m. Saturday Eastern Time to start the journey residence.
The spacecraft is scheduled to splash down within the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Florida at 9:02 p.m. Saturday, in accordance with NASA.
The splashdown will wrap up an almost six-month science mission for NASA astronauts Josh Cassada and Nicole Mann, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency astronaut Koichi Wakata, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Anna Kikina.
The spacecraft additionally will return time-sensitive analysis to Earth, in accordance with NASA.
