Appealing the Osaka District Court’s ruling that acknowledged all 128 plaintiffs residing in Kansai and different areas as having Minamata illness and ordered the nationwide authorities to pay compensation to them, who had not been acknowledged as having Minamata illness and weren’t eligible for cures. The authorities filed an attraction to the Osaka High Court on the tenth.
