The JR Yamanote Line has stopped driving inside and out of doors round 6:30 am because of the results of fallen bushes between Akabane Station and Ikebukuro Station on the Shonan Shinjuku Line.
The Shonan-Shinjuku Line has suspended operation on the whole line resulting from this fallen tree.
There is not any prospect of reopening.
