The JR Tokaido Line had suspended operations on the up and down traces between Tokyo Station and Atami Station resulting from an accident involving individuals, however operations resumed in some sections at 3:21 p.m. Both the inbound and outbound traces proceed to be suspended between Shinagawa Station and Yokohama Station. The complete Shonan-Shinjuku Line resumed operations at 3:30 p.m.
