To mark Gandhi Jayanti alongside the International Day of Non-Violence, the High Commission of India in Australia positioned floral tributes on the Mahatma Gandhi memorial located inside Canberra’s Glebe Park.
‘High Commissioner Nagesh Singh, together with officers and employees of the Mission, group leaders and members of the Indian group, paid floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi, remembering his timeless beliefs of reality, non-violence and peace,’ the Indian High Commission in Australia posted on X.
