A ten-vehicle collision on Route 36 in Eniwa, Hokkaido, on Thursday morning left two individuals injured and set off a dramatic police pursuit, as the motive force suspected of inflicting the crash deserted his automotive and fled on foot earlier than being arrested a number of kilometers away.
