The president of a food-related firm in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, was referred to the prosecutor’s workplace on suspicion of violating the Food Labeling Act for promoting pickles made with Chinese quail eggs by falsely claiming them to be “home.” He is claimed to have denied the fees in opposition to him.
