The China Coast Guard (CCG) stated on Tuesday that its vessels lawfully expelled a Japanese fishing boat that intruded into the territorial waters of China’s Diaoyu Dao on Monday.
The CCG vessels took essential administrative measures and issued warnings to expel it in accordance with the legislation, it stated in an announcement.
“Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands are China’s inherent territory,” the CCG burdened. “We urge the Japanese side to immediately stop all rights-violation and provocative acts in relevant waters.”
The CCG stated it is going to proceed to conduct rights-protection and legislation enforcement operations within the waters round Diaoyu Dao, and resolutely safeguard China’s sovereignty and maritime rights and pursuits.
