According to the Yuzawa River National Highway Office, the Tamagawa River, which flows by Semboku and Daisen cities in Akita Prefecture, exceeded the flood hazard degree on the Nagano observatory in Daisen metropolis at 3:30 pm. The River and National Highway Office is asking for consideration to the knowledge issued by native governments within the basin, as there’s a danger of flooding.
