Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, has revealed that the My Number was mistakenly linked to a different individual, so the cash was transferred to a different individual’s public cash receiving account. According to the Digital Agency, it’s the first time that cash has been transferred to a different individual’s public account.
