Matsuyama City issued an evacuation order to 35 districts within the sediment catastrophe warning space at 3 am, saying that the chance of landslide disasters is growing attributable to heavy rain.
This data is stage 4 out of 5 warning ranges, calling for everybody to evacuate from harmful locations.
