HOKKAIDO (TR) – Police in Hakodate City have arrested a 28-year-old municipal employee on suspicion of defrauding a city-managed checking account for keirin (bicycle racing), stories Fuji News Network (June 8).
Tatsuki Kondo, an worker of the Hakodate City Keirin Business Department, is dealing with prices of fraud and the forgery of personal paperwork.
