BEIJING, Dec. 24 (Xinhua) — Japanese Minister for Foreign Affairs Takeshi Iwaya has been invited to go to China on Wednesday, Chinese international ministry spokesperson Mao Ning introduced on Tuesday.
Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Chinese international minister, will maintain talks with Iwaya.
They may also attend the second assembly of high-level session mechanism on people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and Japan, Mao stated.
