HOKKAIDO (TR) – Hokkaido Prefectural Police launched an investigation after a totally nude man discovered collapsed inside a park in Ebetsu City on Saturday later died.
At round 6:15 a.m., police obtained a name reporting that “someone who appeared to be a young man had collapsed” at Bunkyodaiminamicho Park, stories the Yomiuri Shimbun (Oct. 26).
